We use booking information to receive and review your request, check appointment availability, manage the booking, contact you about the requested service and confirm or discuss the appointment.
For booking requests, our intended lawful basis is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where appropriate, to pursue our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and managing appointments. We do not use booking-form information for unrelated marketing unless we have a lawful basis to do so.
4. Where is your information sent and stored?
The website's JavaScript sends booking details to a Power Wellness booking endpoint hosted on Cloudflare Workers, where the booking system is intended to store booking records in Cloudflare D1. The form also sends the submitted form data to Web3Forms so that the booking request can be delivered by email.
This means booking information may be present in both the booking database and the email system. Cloudflare, Web3Forms and the relevant email service may process information on our behalf to provide these services. We do not sell your personal information.
Cloudflare and Web3Forms may use infrastructure in different countries. Before relying on this notice as final, the business must confirm the providers' current data-processing terms, the email recipient/provider, and any applicable international-transfer safeguards. We will update this section if those details require a more specific explanation.
5. How long do we keep your information?
Our retention policy is to keep website booking-request details for no longer than 30 days, then delete them from the booking database and booking email inbox. If information must be kept for longer to meet a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, we may retain only the relevant information for that purpose and for the required period.
6. How do we protect your information?
We use third-party services to process booking submissions. Access to booking records and email should be limited to people who need it to manage appointments. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The business should review account access, passwords, provider security settings and deletion procedures regularly.
7. Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and the applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, or to object to certain processing.
